Right to Cancel

Customers Right

There is a cooling of period of 14 days, during which customers are entitled to cancel the contract without having to give a reason. Customers can cancel by letter, fax or email. The cooling of period begins as soon as customers take notice of this rigth-to-cancel-regulation in a written form. This will be the case in the moment customers receive the email confirmation of their online order. The rigth-to-cancel-regulation will be attached as an electronic file.

Consequences of Cancellation

In case of cancellation the customers must restore the goods to the retailer within 30 days. The customers will bear the cost of returning unless the price of the goods extend the sum of 40 EUR. In that case the retailer is liable for the cost of returning.
